Though my first talents are focused on the use of sounds and words to tell stories, I have also strived in my work to document and find images that are able to create a visual space to comprehend the messages that the story tells. Through the use of a camera, I’m able to become a sort of “backpack journalist,” able to drop into a location with the tools in my bag to create a dispatch from that location. I always enjoy time spent in Photoshop or Premiere as I create images that reveal a new way of seeing things.
